I haven't been up to much in the last few weeks - I haven't been feeling very well so my sewing has been pushed somewhat to the backburner. However I'm improving now and am back to my projects. This weekend I'll be cutting and piecing the border blocks for my jelly roll sampler quilt from this post; I finally managed to track down the ruler I need for the triangles so am back on track! Given how quickly the central blocks came together, I'm not expecting the border blocks to take too much time either, but we'll soon see! This quilt is just flying together compared to my other quilt project, Butterfly Garden!
Last weekend Steve and I attended the wedding of one of his cousin's at Mount Lofty House in the Adelaide Hills. It was such a beautiful wedding and even though it was a bit chilly the setting was just perfect; aren't the centrepieces gorgeous!
